Need confirmation on SCVMM effect on netbackup 7.6

we are planning to implement SCVMM 2012 R2 for monitoring the Hyper-V server and its VMs.

The Prerequsite for the same is SQL 2012 sp2 which will be on the same box and the Machine would have to be in domain.

We are planning to install the same in the current NeBackup server.

I need to know what will be the effect of SCVMM on Netbackup 7.6. Will it affect my Configured DEDUP storage??

Also as in prerequsite its mention that SQL 2012 sp2 is required so will this conflict with sybase that netbackup uses??
