We are using NBU 7.0.1 on W2k8, and as per our Client policy we need to store Backup Logs in Activity monitor for 1 Year for Audit purpose and i did the changes in registry for the same to save the Logs in Monitor. Recently we had NBDB crash for our server and we reinstalled NBU and Recovered the Catalog succesfully and recovered every thing expect Activity Monitor Logs, so for the same i explained the client and he is ok with that case.
Here the problem is where does the Logs in Activy Monitor saves in Install path ? if i backup the same Logs to my backup Tapes, in case of loss of Logs if i restore the file to same location and rename the older log and restart NBU services does NBU shows me all the Logs in Activity Monitor ? could you guys please help me on this.
