I upgraded my Windows 2008 R2 master server from 7.5.0.7 to 7.6.0.3. We had BMR running there with some success.
Reading the NB 7.6 BMR manual - it is unclear to me whether I need to run '%NB_INSTALL_DIR%/bin/bmrsetupmaster' after an upgrade. Is this needed?
In the bmrsetup log on the master server I see this (as I made the two step upgrade), but it is unclear whether *I* have to take action or if this was already done as part of the upgrade:
0,51216,127,127,9,1414173089800,11872,8680,0:,49:BMRDB needs upgrade from current Version:=7.5.0.7,31:setupMaster.cpp:HandleUpgrade(),1
0,51216,127,127,10,1414173980779,8708,11236,0:,49:BMRDB needs upgrade from current Version:=7.6.0.1,31:setupMaster.cpp:HandleUpgrade(),1
Also - the manual talks about "After you activate BMR by entering the license key,..." . I thought a seperate license key was no longer needed for BMR for recent releases. When I view my keys I do see that "Bare metal restore' is there but I didnt enter a special key for it.
