Vmware selct virtual disk to backup

I have a lot of disk asigned like raw device mapping to my VMware virtual servers. I do the backup with "include all disks", that does'nt include the raws luns. Now, I wnat to convert this rdm lunes in virtual disk (to be available for SRM), but I do not perform the backup of this lunes. How can i do it? I only can see 2 options: Ignore boot disk and ignore data disk, but is not posible to chose the disk to backup?
